What Beta means
Servlin is currently provided as a Beta service. Features, workflows, user interfaces, and functionality may evolve as we improve the platform. Participation in the Beta program does not guarantee the availability of any future feature or service.
Current Beta capabilities
Today, providers can:
- Create and manage their profile and service area
- Receive and respond to matching customer requests
- Accept jobs, schedule appointments, and mark them complete
- Manage availability, notifications, and their online presence
Known limitations
Some administrative functions are handled by the Servlin team during Beta (for example, account activation/deactivation and verification). Billing is not enabled during the Beta program.
How to report issues
If something does not work as you expect, email support@servlin.com with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. We respond to Beta reports on an ongoing basis.

Update policy
We ship improvements frequently during Beta. Behavior and interface may change between versions; we will communicate significant changes that affect providers.
Data handling summary
During the Beta program, Servlin may collect operational and usage information to improve platform quality, reliability, security, and user experience, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
